GYM

In KRSP, besides racket sports, there operates a classic gym. It features a variety of machines and a strength training area. The equipment in the gym also aids in recovery after playing sports. All gym visitors have the option of using a personal trainer's services.

Cardio zone

The gym offers a line of exercise equipment for training all muscle groups. You can work out on exercise bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, and more.

Strength exercises

The strength training area is equipped with equipment for training in different body positions.

Fitness

There is a separate room for fitness classes.
